The Tia Maria Summer campaign promotional offer is a promotion offered by Spirits Platform Pty Ltd., where consumers can be awarded their ‘cashback’ as a reward after purchasing a Tia Maria Espresso Martini.

What gifts can I receive?
Based on your purchase of a Tia Maria Espresso Martini from a participating venue, you can receive a cash back that will be the same amount as indicated on your receipt, up to a maximum amount of $25.
How will I receive my reward?
Cash back will be awarded in the form of a Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®. The Vault-enabled Prepaid Mastercard will be delivered to the phone number provided in the online claim form within 3 business days from the date of claim submission.
What is a Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard?
A Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is a pre-loaded digital gift card that will be sent via SMS and then activated using the Vault App. Once activated, the card can be added to your phone’s digital wallet.

How long do I have to activate and use my Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard?
The Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited.
What can I spend my Vault-enabled Prepaid Mastercard on?
Digital Vault-enabled Prepaid Mastercard’s can be used for any future transaction at retailers where contactless payment is accepted.

How do I make a claim?
After purchasing a Tia Maria Espresso Martini during the Promotional Period, complete the following steps:
- Follow the prompts to the promotion claim page
- Input the requested details
- Select your participating venue where you will purchase your Espresso Martini
- Upload your purchase receipt
- Submit the fully completed claim form
Who can enter the promotion?
The promotion is open to NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD residents aged 18 years or over.
What is a qualifying purchase?
A Tia Maria Espresso Martini purchased from a participating venue.
Where is the promotion running?
Participating on premise venues across NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT.

The participating venues list can be found on the Venue Finder page on this website, or you can select your nominated venue as you complete the registration form.
What is the purchasing and claim period?
The promotional period starts on 01/10/23 and ends on 15/10/23 at 11:59 pm AEDST for purchases, and you have until 22/10/23 at 11:59 pm AEDST to submit your online claim.
Do I need to keep my proof of purchase?
Yes, you must retain the original receipt for the qualifying purchase as proof of purchase.
I’ve lost my eligible receipt / I didn’t receive a receipt when I made my eligible purchase how can I enter this promotion?
It is important to note that it is your responsibility to ask for and retain the receipt. Failure to provide the required proof of purchase may result in the invalidation of your claim or forfeiture of your right to the prize. The promoter reserves the right to take such actions if proof of purchase cannot be provided for a specific claim or each claim, as and when requested.
What happens if I provide an incorrect phone number?
If you provide an incorrect or invalid phone number, the reward may not be received. Please ensure to check your details carefully before submitting your claim.
Are there any restrictions on claiming the cashback offer?
Please ensure that your claim complies with the following restrictions:
- Your claim must have a separate qualifying transaction/receipt.
- Your receipt must clearly show purchase of an Espresso Martini from a participating venue.
- You can make only one claim per person.
Can I claim the cashback offer on behalf of someone else?
No, each reward will be awarded to the person named in the claim. Claims made on behalf of a claimant or by a third party will be invalid.
What information will I need to complete my claim?
First name, last name, email address, mobile number and state/territory of residence), date of purchase, venue of purchase, product purchase price, upload a scanned copy or photo of their receipt for the qualifying transaction, and select the tick box to consent to: the Promotion terms and conditions & the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
How many times can consumers enter the campaign?
Consumers can enter the campaign once only.
